Car Thoughts started as a way to find my people.

After being diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, I began looking back at my experiences through a completely different lens. Around the same time, I started writing a story inspired by my own life. The problem was simple: as a brand-new writer, nobody knew who I was.

Every morning after dropping my daughter off at school, I found myself with about fifteen minutes of unexpected quiet. Instead of letting those thoughts bounce around my head, I started recording them. I figured if they resonated with even a handful of people, it would be worth it.

A few thousand people later, here we are.

These aren't speeches or life lessons. They're just observations, questions, and occasional realizations from behind the wheel. If something connects with you, I'd love for you to stick around.

Turns out I wasn't the only one having these conversations in my head. I was just the one who started filming them.
